Darren bought the coupe in November last year, and the plan is to have it at Valla this year.....only 2 months to go now!
workmanship is always top of the class....wish I had the talent and patience he has...
Just look how nice and symmetrical the exhaust lays out....Beam axle, Chevy, Dellow housing with a Ford Single rail 4 speed, to an 8" rear with full floaters
Now you can see why it needs floaters for the 8" max. offset Real Wheels , and that is the ride height, and the original paint is staying as is!! going to be awesome!
The body is super straight, 99% rust and dent free, what a perfect start.
Fabricated frame has a big rear kick, so the cherry body had to be trimmed to suit, but as seen above, the end result is HOW A HOT ROD SHOULD LOOK!!..in case you didn't know...hahahaa.....
shown this pic before, but just take note of the jig, makes building a project very easy.
And this is when I first bought it in Texas, awaiting trans-shipment to Australia.
