I'm back..short week away at our rod run..

It was the weekend of our annual Deuces Limited run.....pretty rainy weekend, as we found out.....my luck with no rain didn't work at all!!!
Headed off on the Wed with mrs T drivin' the deuce, and I had the van...
quick stop to adjust my mirrors, and couldn't resist this mirror shot..
the weather was  looking bad...but..
we get to Chinderah, and hello..perfect slightly overcast sky.....and that was it, for the next 3 days..
our Saturday lunch cruise was fine, but just in case it got bad, we only drove a few miles to the Kingscliffe pub..
Mrs T..doesn't want to give the keys back now...well, it is her sedan anyway....
One of the three red coupes..Graham had his 5w there, and Noel and Dennis had there 3ws..
Ken and Marie had the tub out for a wash, inside n out...
Brad (where is that english gal) Stewart kept us entertained..
Dave and Lynne came down in Wallys roadster...
Graeme and Anne in their ex-Texas-Charlie Duran Vicky..
Bruce had his coupe there, as well as Nev in his 32 pickup..
Norms sedan has the look..this LHD beauty sure turns heads..
a brief dry spell for some of us to say hi!..before the afternoon rain drove us inside..
inside was fine...food..drink..good friends..who cares about the rain!!
here's some more bits from Wallys I picked up last week...Makita saw, $50
Tile cutter...we think these are worth $100..will take $50,
 4 snips..and one old style snip...have to be worth $10 the lot......SOLD>>>
some antique tools, say $20 the lot..
a holesaw kit, lets say $20, and some metric drils, say $20 for them..
these clamps are probably worth $10 to $20 each new ..6 large, three small...but I have to hold them for an inspection and possible purchase..check back later....some have sold..
and those Commodore axles are 28 spline, and are 28" and 32" approx long, in case you were wondering..still more to list yet, but maybe later this week, but thank to those who have purchased, we've raised about $4000 so far that will help the Rudken family
