Once a month, a group of Dave Winters friends get together at his home in Redland Bay...nice touch of recognition on the front porch...a tribute to his parents, Charlie and Ethel, who opened their doors to all us young Brisbane hotrodders way back in the 70s...who can ever forget Charlies knowledge and theories on everything.., his ever expanding workshop, a treasure trove of all things FORD......and Ethels call for a cup of tea, or at a rodrun, help yourself to "the bottomless Esky"
But..It's DEUCE COURT where we gather, in his newly renovated garage
and the invite only crowd roll in...33 people there last night...33 at Deuce Court..that don't seem right...someone leave, please...bahaha..
The AUS-USA-AUS-USA-AUS traveller, Daves brother Les has moved all of his hotrods into Daves home, so he can continue his travels from Aus to USA...the old Drag Race days have gone, and the 230mph 55 Chev needs to find a new owner..anyone need a bargain on a race car?
Daves HEMI sedan stalled...waiting to be top-chopped next...
Les n Daves coupe and roadster...the roadster also needs to find a new home...a multi award winner, was the L.A. Roadsters pick as their top hotrod, Parklands 2005...less than 1/2 price of what it cost to build..$98500, and you will own it!
