Otis, the deuce and Wally, the coupe..just about always first there at 6:30!
Once again, I was blessed with no rain...woke to a slightly overcast morning, and I had my doubts...but turned out to be a perfect morning...63 straight with no rain now!!
the Mayor of Russell brought along a guest today...Big Pete Smith from the old drag racing days..wheelstanding blown V6 Valiant..was good to see him again after 20 or more years!
should see more of this roadster around now..retirement will do that to you!
Cabriolet is for sale, if anyone is interested..
Pedro had his newly finished Mustang out for the day..looking good!
we don't get to see Steve Woodwards coupe at our runs..super car..always good to see.
and that's a wrap..time to head for home..
next event is a little way off...June 4th for my next coffee morning..same day as the last day of the Brisbane Hot Rod Show, and the week before the big winter events..Cooly Rocks..Downunder Beachfest..Willowbank Winternationals..
